Talk it through
We’ll talk about how you run the business and where you’d like some help. We’ll also look at what you already have, so we can build on the parts that are working well.
Put a plan together
Once we’ve settled on an idea, we’ll put together the details: what we’ll build, what it will cost and when you can expect it. If there are ongoing costs, you’ll see those too.
See it take shape
We’ll show you the work as it develops. You can try it, ask questions and tell us what you’d change. If a new idea adds to the work or affects the price, we’ll discuss it with you first.
Get it up and running
When you’re happy with it and we’ve finished testing, we’ll get it live and show you how to use it. We can also help look after it and make changes as your business grows.

How much will it cost?
Once we’ve talked through the work, we’ll send you a quote. We’ll include any ongoing costs, such as hosting or maintenance, so you know what to budget for before you decide.
How long will it take?
We’ll agree a schedule once we know what we’re building. If we need content, feedback or access to your existing systems, we’ll explain when we need it from you.
Can we start with something small?
Of course. It might be a few changes to your website, a chatbot for the questions you hear most often, or a way to cut down on one repetitive job. We can add to it later if you want to.
Who looks after it once it’s live?
We’ll agree that with you before we start, including who has access, who handles updates and what support is included. If you’d like us to look after it, we can include that in the proposal.
