Privacy

This notice covers the website you are looking at. It is not a full privacy policy for client work. A registered address is not published here yet.

Who this site is

The site is published under the name Sampha Studio. The legal entity responsible for this website is Zencyclopaedia Ltd. The company number and registered address will be added here before the site is treated as live.

Contacting the studio

The contact page links to contact@samphastudio.com. Choosing an email link opens your email application; nothing is sent until you send the message there. Information you send is used to respond to your enquiry. Please avoid including customer records, passwords or identity documents.

We do not run analytics, advertising tags or a cookie banner, because this version does not set tracking cookies or send your visit to a third-party measurement tool.

Pico website guide

Pico is a simple guide to this website’s published services. It matches questions to prepared answers in your browser. It is not a live chat with the team or an AI service.

Messages stay in this open tab and are cleared when you reload the page or select Clear chat. The widget does not save a transcript, set cookies, contact an external chat service or submit an enquiry. Use the contact page when you want to send a message to the studio.

When the form is connected

We expect to ask for your name, email, an optional phone number, an optional business name, the kind of help you want, and a short description of the work. We would use that only to reply about the enquiry and to keep a record of the conversation.

Before that switch is turned on, this page will say who receives the message, how long it is kept, and who it is shared with. It will not be shared for marketing lists.

Your information in a client project

Work we do for a business is agreed separately. If that work involves personal information, the agreement will say whether we are handling it for the business or as an independent organisation. This marketing site is not the place to submit a subject access request or the records it would involve.
